December 1 - FAFSA application opens
December 31 - Cap & Gowns Early Bird Deadline
April 25 - Clearance cards distributed in first hour
May 6 - All scholarship/college acceptance letters must be submitted to your counselor
May 12 - Senior Finals (4,5,6,7)
May 13 - Senior Finals (1,2,3)
May 13 - Clearance, Computer Check-in and Pay Fines (10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. in Auditorium commons)
May 13 - Westpy's (6:00 p.m. PWHS Auditorium)
May 20 - Senior Awards Night (6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium, students report at 5:00).
Dress expectations: Business Casual, NO tennis shoes, flip flops or jeans,
May 22 - Graduation Rehearsal (9:00-11:00 a.m. & Senior BBQ @ Pueblo West High School Stadium)
THIS IS A MANDATORY REHEARSAL! You will not be permitted to attend the
graduation ceremony if you do not attend rehearsal.
May 23 - Graduation Ceremony (8:30 a.m. @ Pueblo West High School Stadium)
Students report at 7:30 a.m.

| Here are the links to order your cap and gown. You only need to buy the Basic Pack (cap, gown, tassel, and memory tassel package).
Fill out the digital contact card so your gown/cap can be pre ordered - Herff.ly/contactcard To order online - Make sure you have the correct school chosen, Click on Shop Grad Products and then the Graduation A La Carte Tab. The Basic Package is at the bottom left of the page. Deadline: December 21st, after this date prices will increase. |
