The cost of printing yearbooks is high, and the Pueblo West tradition of waiting to after they get here to buy one makes the guesswork of how many we need to order difficult and expensive.  Yearbooks will be on sale only four different ways this year.   Payment will be by cash or check only.  Be certain to save your receipt to verify your purchase at distribution time.  Yearbooks may not be distributed to those who cannot verify  purchase.  If you wish to check to see if you have purchased a yearbook, check the list of purchasers (by student name) here.

1) Seniors ONLY-May purchase a yearbook at a reduced cost through the Senior package.  Yearbooks will not be sold separately at this time.  Those wishing to purchase only a yearbook may do so through the preorder or the online sales.

2)  The preorder sheet that will be sent home in mid-October and due (with payment) in early November.  The cost for these yearbooks will be $55 + any additional features you order.  Receipts will be sent to the student for whom it is ordered during 4th hour. 

3) Order online at buyayearbook.com.  The cost of the yearbook is the same ($55), but online fees for taxes and processing are added.  However, this option is the only one that allows you to use credit and debit cards for purchases.  This option will be possible only through spring break.

4) IF we have additional copies beyond what have been sold or IF the plant produces extras which we can sell, we will sell them, but not until yearbook distribution day which has yet to be scheduled.  The cost for these yearbooks will be $55

The intention of the standards for the Senior portraits is to create a clean, consistent senior section that focuses on the faces of the people in the class.  Should you wish to choose a photo that doesn't fit the format, or include candids you love, you are encouraged to purchase Senior ad space which begins at $50 for a 1/4 page ad.

Quote guidelines:

Seniors may choose to incorporate either  a senior will or a senior quote.  Those wishing to do both are welcome to purchase an ad for their second choice.  Wills and quotes need to be kept under 35 words, must be school appropriate and either original or properly attributed.
