A Note to the Public

 
   

The Cyclone Chronicle is an open forum of student expression published periodically by: Newspaper class for students at Pueblo West High School. The views expressed in The Cyclone Chronicle do not necessarily represent the views of the entire staff, adviser, PWHS administration, or the School District 70 administration. The publication of the paper adheres to Colorado Revised statute # 22-1-120 and school district 70's policies JICEA, JICEA-R and JICED. Editorial decisions are made by an editorial board comprised of student editors in accordance with the Code of Ethics for the Society of Professional Journalists.

The Cyclone Chronicle accepts letters to the editor of approximately 200 words. We appreciate concise, timely letters on issues that are pertinent to the Pueblo West High School community and reserve the right to not print them on the basis of our judgment that they do not conform to that standard. The Chronicle also reserves the right to edit letters for length, content, or clarity. Letters must be signed, although the writer's name may be withheld upon request.
